Submission specifications for Roller Banners Eco
- Keep 150 mm safety margin from the bottom.
- For a roll-up banner, we use different safety margins per side. Please use the following safety margins: Top 10 mm, Left 4 mm, Right 4mm and the bottom 150 mm. The bottom part will mostly be covered by the roll-up banner stand and will not be visible.
- Resolution of at least 150 dpi.
- Make sure the resolution of the images and graphics in your artwork are at least 150 dpi.
- Use CMYK as the color mode.
- Prepare your files using CMYK as the color mode, not RGB. Use colormode FOGRA39 (ISO Coated v2) for coated papertypes and colormode FOGRA47 (PSO Uncoated ISO12647) for uncoated papertypes. If you are unsure of the colour mode of your file, don't worry we can always convert this for you. Keep in mind this can cause the colours to differ from the original file.
- Save your files in uneditable, print-ready file formats.
- Save your files in uneditable, print-ready file formats (PDF (1.4 or higher), TIFF, EPS, JPG). Deliver your files in one layer: the background layer.
- Convert fonts to outlines or embed all the fonts.

- NOTE: only applicable for products which require your design: To make sure that your order is delivered at the indicated time, it is important that we receive your file with your design for the product, on time (also called cut-off time). In this way the product can be moved into production on time. The deadline is always communicated in the final step when putting your product together and in the box on the right which details your entire order.
- The cut-off time for your printed item may vary. This depends on the combination you choose. This has to do with the manufacturing technique and / or the order quantities.
- NOTE: The product delivery shifts a day every time the deadline for submission has passed. This is also the case if the file is rejected by us and corrected artwork isn't supplied before the next cut off time.

- All of our roll-up banners are mainly suitable for inside use. The lifetime of the banners are definitely influenced by outside use and not recommended for this.
- Which materials can I choose from?

- Standard banner (510 gsm PVC sailcloth): This is the most bought material for banners. The banner is very solid and made for inside and outside use. The banner is re-usable and fire-retardant.
- Sharp picture quality: This 'sharp picture quality' 210mu is a matt white polyester film with a satin coating on the front and with a silver back so that the material is completely opaque and is not translucent. The double roll-up banner has 170mu material, similar to the 210mu quality but more suitable for a double roll-up banner.
- What base does the Roller Banners Eco have?

- Basic foot: If you choose the economic stand you will have the lowest price guaranteed. This is the lightest variant and makes use of two folding brackets to hold the roller banner standing. The weight of roller banners with a economic stand is between 2.5 and 3.7 kg. This base is suitable for standard banner material and for sharp photo canvas.
- Can I change the canvas of the roll-up banner?

- It is possible to change the canvas of your roll-up banner. Note: You need certain knowledge of the product to do this yourself. The rolling system on the bottom has high resistance so please do not change it without having knowledge about the product. Ordering the canvas alone (without the stand) can be done by ordering banners..
