Do you not need rings every 30cm, but still want a suspension? Choose rings in the corners without hems. This option is suitable for the smaller banners (smaller than 150 x 300 cm) and is the cheapest option for hanging up your banners with rings.
Do you want a good suspension? Choose rings every 30 cm. This option This option is suitable for the smaller banners (smaller than 200 x 200 cm) and is a cheap option for hanging up your banners with rings.
Hems are recommended for banner larger than 4 m2. Choose to have your banner with hems and rings every 30cm for the strongest suspension and most secure display method.

Wonder how to display your banner? Easily mount your banner with elastic bands. They are 20cm long and have a convenient hook to put through the eyelets!
To allow leeway for cutting differences in production, always add a bleed of 5 mm around all edges of your design. Make sure colours, background pictures and layouts extend into the bleed area so as to avoid leaving white lines as a result of cutting tolerances. You can submit your file with crop marks and printer's marks.
Prepare your files using CMYK as the color mode, not RGB. Use colormode FOGRA39 (ISO Coated v2) for coated papertypes and colormode FOGRA47 (PSO Uncoated ISO12647) for uncoated papertypes. If you are unsure of the colour mode of your file, don't worry we can always convert this for you. Keep in mind this can cause the colours to differ from the original file.
Make sure no elements in your artwork are set on overprint. Unless you want this effect in your design. The degree of transparency in printing depends on the ink, paper, and printing method used.

In this way the product can be moved into production on time. The deadline is always communicated in the final step when putting your product together and in the box on the right which details your entire order.
The cut-off time for your printed item may vary. This depends on the combination you choose. This has to do with the manufacturing technique and / or the order quantities.

UV-print: the printing is fulfilled with eco-friendly ink which is cured by means of UV light. This technique is also used by dentists for placing a filling. Curing ensures that the quality is clear and the colors are printed sharp.
For the delivery of your Custom size banner we use multiple carriers. Because of the highest reliability, in most cases we use UPS or DPD.
Other carriers we use are DHL and even our own courier service. These carriers are used for certain products (depending on the size, the turnaround and the quantity).

Standard banner (510 gsm PVC sailcloth): This is the most bought material for banners. The banner is very solid and made for inside and outside use. The banner is re-usable and fire-retardant.
Budget banner (450 gsm PVC sailcloth): This banner is of lower quality. It is for one-time-only use and is used a lot on (themed) parties.
Wind Proof: MESH Canvas. NOTE: Due to the material/texture of Mesh Canvas, the edges can have a slightly different appearance when the canvas is folded over and sewn with the rings in place.
Blockout (Both sides): Blockout Banners are slightly thicker and unlike other banners, not transparent. Perfect for printing on both sides!
Trimmed, without rings: The banners will be only be trimmed. This results in not being able to hang your banner up.
Rings in the corner, without hems: With this finishing your banner is trimmed and has rings to hang it up (Note: only possible to hang up banners with a maximum size of 150 x 300cm). The distance from the edge of the banner to the rings is about 15mm.
Rings every 30 cm, without hems: WIth this finishing your banner is trimmed and has rings to hang it up (Note: only possible to hang up banners with a maximum size of 150 x 300cm). More rings result in more possibilities to hang it up!
Rings in the corner, with hems: Finishing your banner and adding hems and rings in the corner gives it extra stability and possibilities to hang it up.
Ring every 30 cm, with hems: You are choosing to trim the cloth, to hem the cloth and to place rings every 30 cm with this option. The hems and the rings will make sure that your cloth will hang extra sturdily. This is the strongest finishing option.
