Submission specifications for Aprons

Use CMYK as the color mode.

Prepare your files using CMYK as the color mode, not RGB. Use colormode FOGRA39 (ISO Coated v2) for coated papertypes and colormode FOGRA47 (PSO Uncoated ISO12647) for uncoated papertypes. If you are unsure of the colour mode of your file, don't worry we can always convert this for you. Keep in mind this can cause the colours to differ from the original file.

Fonts should be at least 12 pt.

For textile products the fonts should be at least 12 pt.

Safety margin is not needed.

In this way the product can be moved into production on time. The deadline is always communicated in the final step when putting your product together and in the box on the right which details your entire order.

Which production techniques do you use?

• Digital (also called Direct-to-Garment or DTG) - with this technique, the ink is printed directly onto the product. It makes it possible to switch easily to another print per product. However, it takes quite a long time to print a product. For a limited amount (up to 50 pieces) DTG is the best technique to use. With DTG it is only possible to print full colour.

Which carriers are used for the delivery?

• For the delivery of your Aprons we use multiple carriers. Because of the highest reliability, in most cases we use UPS or DPD.

Are Aprons water proof?

• No, Aprons are not water repellent.

Can the print positions deviate from the print?

• Printing m is different from printing paper, not a single m is the same. It can be that there is a small deviation in the position of the print. This is minimal and often not visible in the final result.

Can Aprons with a print be washed?

• Of course it is possible to wash the Aprons. Take a careful look at the washing instructions on the care label, however.

What are the washing instructions?

• Do not dry clean
• No chlorine or bleach
• Wash the cover (without filling) at 30 degrees maximum. No chlorine or bleach. Do not dry clean. We recommend that you wash the cover inside out.
• Not suitable for tumble dry (dry machine).

Is it possible that the products will shrink after a wash?

• If you follow our washing instructions properly, than the maximum shrink percentage will be 5%.
