Will my flyers be folded?

• No, the flyers will not be folded. If you are looking for folded flyers, take a look at our folded leafets.

Which materials can I choose from?

• Glossy: This gloss coated paper will make your product look and feel very solid and professional. It has a gloss appearance that will reflect light, give a shiny look to your product and make it feel smooth. Ideal if your design contains a lot of pictures.
• Matt: select this matt coated paper if you want to give your products an additional luster. As opposed to a shiny or glossy coating, the matt coating does not reflect light. It will give your product a luxurious and powerful look. Perfect for a distinguished yet simple style.
• Writable: This paper is not only resistant, but also qualified to stamp on. Perfect for any additional information you may ever want to add to your product or if it's your customers that will need to fill it in.
• Recycled: this paper has a slightly flecked appearance and is made 100% from recycled paper, sourced in a responsible and sustainable way. It is best used if you want to be more ecologicaly responsible. Why not even use it while you showcase your own range of eco-friendly products?
• Plastic: this material is water and tear resistant. With this paper, your products will last for a long time and be adventure proof. Perfect to push forward how challenge-proof your company is as well!
• Pearl Marble has a lovely fine glittery look and sparkles on an off-white background. This is often used for extra special memories, messages or events.

Which paper can I use for my flyer?

• It’s possible to order Flyers with 90gsm, 135gsm, 158gsm, 170gsm, 234gsm, 250gsm, 276gsm, 283gsm, 290gsm, 300gsm or 400gsm paper. For those unaware, ‘gsm’ means grams per square meter, which refers to the weight of the paper and is indicative of its thickness. Still, which do you choose?
  
• 90 gsm is the same size as standard paper, the kind you find in a book, so is perfect for larger quantities, or for when handing out via a clipboard
• 135gsm is the most common choice since it’s lightweight, easy to distribute, and less prone to crinkling when compared to regular printing paper, which is about 1.5x thinner. This option is a bargain for businesses with a small marketing budget because it can be arranged at a price that’s convenient for sharing with many people without breaking the bank.
• Products ordered with 158gsm or 170gsm paper are often the chosen for conferences and trade shows. Being about 2x thicker than regular printed paper, their sturdiness makes them an attractive option for professional gatherings.
• 234gsm or 250gsm is often ordered by companies within hospitality and retail markets. This paper type are about 3x the size of a standard sheet of printed paper, so they’ll feel extremely sturdy in the hand.
• 276gsm and 283gsm are thicker paper types typically used for specialised types of materials that recquire specific paper thickness, for example; plastic material.
• 290gsm are a thicker paper type, over 3 times the thickness of standard paper. This particular thickness is only available in combination with the Pearl White material.
• 300gsm paper is almost as thick as a regular postcard or 3 times the thickness of regular printing paper. It is a perfect classic option for a resistant and long-lasting product.
• 400gsm Our most premium and yet still affordable thickness option. At 4x the thickness of printing paper, this printed delight will guarantee a robust and luxurious design.

What is the fastest possible delivery for my Flyers?

• With Helloprint Flyers, you will be able to choose between a 1, 3, and 5 working day turnover for the majority of bespoke orders. The expected delivery date being listed at the page bottom, but keep in mind that this delivery date is subject to change if your artwork file isn’t promptly uploaded (in PDF) to your order. To avoid this, there are upload specifications and artwork guides included next to the info tab on the product page; following the pointers will ensure your file can be quickly processed. Also where a digital proof is sent but not approved, this can also result in a small delay. This is generally one business day with each production deadline that’s missed. We suggest you keep an eye on your email to make sure you have completed the steps to allow your order to go into production.

Which carriers are used for the delivery?

• Helloprint has organised agreements with multiple couriers to be able to deliver your orders in a fast and efficient manner. The delivery will be sent to your indicated address with DHL, UPS, or DPD and you’ll be able to follow the status of your delivery through your account. You will receive an email with a tracking link when your order is in transit, and your items will be packed and delivered according to the turnover you’ve chosen (provided there were no delays).

I can't find the product I'm looking for. Can I request a quotation?

• The funnel on the flyer product page is flexible and user friendly, so you’re able to personalise your specifications to fit your budget, campaign, and other needs. The possibilities we offer for business flyers are all accessible via our website, however you’re welcome to contact our customer service heroes who will be happy to see if they can help set-up your ideal order.

Can I save my design and print later?

• Of course! You can always come back to Helloprint later. We will save our design on our side and it will be ready for you to use the next time you visit our website. However, please note that if you clear your browsing data your design will be deleted as well.

Can I print multiple designs in one go?

• You cannot print multiple designs at once. You will need to repeat the previous steps for each individual design and add separate items to your cart. For example, if you have/want 3 different designs and would like to order 100 Flyers of each, then add 3 times 100 Flyers to your shopping cart.
