Submission specifications for Lightweight Face Mask

Submit a larger format than the final product

Due to the stitching and fold on the sides of your mask, it is important to submit a design with a larger format than the actual size of the product. Your design, which represents the flat size of the textile, should have a format of 19,5 x 19 cm (bleed included), while the finished size (when sewed) will be 18 x 8cm. To create the perfect design, you can find our artwork template below.

Check line thickness

Lines should be at least 3 pt (dark lines) and 4pt (white lines).

What are the product features?

• Our Adult light masks are 18x17cm and come with adjustable earloops for security and comfort. The material used is certified DGA blocking 91% of particles and only lets particles as small as 3 microns through.

What material are Lightweight Face Mask made from?

• These face masks are made from: One layer - Non-woven fabric 80 gr / 80% Polyester 20% Polyamide

Are the Lightweight Face Mask reusable?

• The masks are reusable. They must be machine washed up to 60°C. It is not recommended to use fabric softeners, do not dry them mechanically or on heaters. We recommend to wash them before the first use.

Are your masks intended for a medical use?

• No, our masks are not intended for a medical use and are intended for a personal use.

How are the Lightweight Face Mask packaged?

• Our face masks have a standard packaging of 10 masks per box, that will be shipped directly to your preferred delivery address!

Which production techniques do you use?

• Sublimation: the printing is carried out at a high temperature, thereby the eco-friendly water based ink attaches directly to the material. The ink integrates into the material. The material remains flexible and is waterproof.
