Submit a larger format than the final product

Due to the stitching and fold on the sides of your mask, it is important to submit a design with a larger format than the actual size of the product. Your design, which represents the flat size of the textile, should have a format of 22 x 20 cm (bleed included), while the finished size (when sewed) will be 20 x 10cm. To create the perfect design, you can find our artwork template below.

What are the product features?

• Our adult polyester facemasks have a format of 20 x 10 cm. On the sides of the mask are comfortable elastic bands that can be put behind ears to secure and adjust the mask. It is equipped of a wire profiling the position on the nose.

Are the Polyester Face Masks certified?

• This product has the OKEO-tex certification, ensuring the material will not irritate your skin.

What material are Polyester Face Masks made from?

• These masks are made from a 100% single-layer polyester (220GSM) with the touch and feel of a classic clothing item. The material has OEKO TEX 100 class 1 certificate. The polyester masks are comfortable, washable and reusable.

Are the Polyester Face Masks reusable?

• Yes, the polyester masks are reusable and washable! They must be machine washed at 60°C. It is not recommended to use fabric softeners, to dry them mechanically and to iron them. We recommend to wash them before the first use.

Are your masks intended for a medical use?

• No, our masks are not intended for a medical use and are intended for a personal use.

How are the Polyester Face Masks packaged?

• Our face masks have a standard packaging of 5 masks per plastic bag. The plastics bags are then put into carboard boxes that will be shipped directly to your preferred delivery address!

Which production techniques do you use?

• Sublimation: the printing is carried out at a high temperature, thereby the eco-friendly water based ink attaches directly to the material. The ink integrates into the material. The material remains flexible and is waterproof.
