- Submit a larger format than the final product
- Due to the stitching and fold on the sides of your mask, it is important to submit a design with a larger format than the actual size of the product. Your design, which represents the flat size of the textile, should have a format of 19,5 x 19 cm (bleed included), while the finished size (when sewed) will be 18 x 8cm. To create the perfect design, you can find our artwork template below.
- Use CMYK as the color mode.
- Prepare your files using CMYK as the color mode, not RGB.
- Minimum Line Width: 1.5 points (0.5 mm)
- The line thickness should be at least 1.5pt (0.5 mm)

- Our microfibre facemasks have a format of 18 x 8 cm. On the sides of the mask are comfortable elastic bands that can be put behind ears to secure and adjust the mask.
- What material are Microfibre Face Masks made from?

- These masks are made from 220g/m2 microfibre, a nonwoven fabric made of 70% polyester and 30% polyamide. No chemicals or glues were used in the production, so it can be used without worries about allergies. The material has OEKO TEX 100 class 1 certificate. The microfibre is breathable, quick-drying, very absorbent, reusable, does not irritate the skin and is hypoallergenic. Its microfibre material as the touch & feel of a glasses cleaning cloth.
- Are the Microfibre Face Masks reusable?

- The masks are reusable. They must be machine washed up to 60°C. It is not recommended to use fabric softeners, do not dry them mechanically or on heaters. We recommend to wash them before the first use.
- What type of particles do the face masks filter?

- It filters particles larger than 0.1 micron, i.e. it stops things such as pollen, mites, mite droppings, smog, bacteria and any other particle larger than 0.1 micron. Note: This mask is recommended for personal use and is not intended for medical use.
- Are the Microfibre Face Masks certified?

- Our Microfibre Face Masks have the EU certification DGA which means that the filtration of particles was tested and recognised for air permeability (Vacuum pressure of 100 Pa) and filtration efficiency (Particles 3 μm). These points make the masks suitable as class 1 masks; protective masks for professional users who are in touch with the public, offering an efficiency of > 90%. Furthermore, they are certified Okeo tex 100, meaning the textile has been tested for harmful substances. It stands for customer confidence and high product safety.

- How are the Microfibre Face Masks packaged?

- Our face masks have a standard packaging of 50 masks per plastic bag. The plastics bags are then put into carboard boxes that will be shipped directly to your preferred delivery address. You are looking for an individual packaging solution? Simply request a quote!
- Which production techniques do you use?

- Sublimation: the printing is carried out at a high temperature, thereby the eco-friendly water based ink attaches directly to the material. The ink integrates into the material. The material remains flexible and is waterproof.
