Submission specifications for Close-Fitted Face Masks

Use CMYK as the color mode.

Prepare your files using CMYK as the color mode, not RGB. Use colormode FOGRA39 (ISO Coated v2) for coated papertypes and colormode FOGRA47 (PSO Uncoated ISO12647) for uncoated papertypes. If you are unsure of the colour mode of your file, don't worry we can always convert this for you. Keep in mind this can cause the colours to differ from the original file.

Font should be at least 20pt

Front should be at least 20pt.

Check line thickness

Lines should be at least 3 pt (dark lines) and 4pt (white lines).

What are the product features?

• Our close fitted face masks is made of 220gsm dekotex cloth and has a 175gsm satin lining, resulting in a very soft touch. Thanks to its elastic fitting, you are sure that your mask will not move position and that it will fit perfectly on your face, reducing risks of contamination. The elastic bands will then be put behind your ears for an optimum comfort and safety.

What material are Close-Fitted Face Masks made from?

• Our close fitted face masks is made of 220gsm dekotex cloth and has a 175gsm satin lining, resulting in a very soft touch. The material has OEKO TEX 100 class 1 certificate.

Are the Close-Fitted Face Masks reusable?

• Yes, the polyester masks are reusable and washable! They must be machine washed at 60°C. It is not recommended to use fabric softeners, to dry them mechanically and to iron them. We recommend to wash them before the first use.

Are your masks intended for a medical use?

• No, our masks are not intended for a medical use and are intended for a personal use.

Which production techniques do you use?

• Sublimation: the printing is carried out at a high temperature, thereby the eco-friendly water based ink attaches directly to the material. The ink integrates into the material. The material remains flexible and is waterproof.
