- What material are 3 layer face masks made from?

- 3 layer face masks is made from: The inner layer is OEKO-TEX certified 100% cotton soft fabric on the skin. The middle layer is a filter layer (PN-EN 689) which filters dust and other particulate matter, with a filtration capacity of 96% at 6h exposure. The outer layer is a durable non-woven polypropylene for increased filtration of small particles and added protection.
- Are the 3 layer face masks reusable?

- The masks are reusable. They must be machine washed up to 60°C. It is not recommended to use fabric softeners, do not dry them mechanically or on heaters. We recommend to wash them before the first use.
- What type of particles do the face masks filter?

- It filters particles larger than 0.1 micron, i.e. it stops things such as pollen, mites, mite droppings, smog, bacteria and any other particle larger than 0.1 micron. Note: This mask is recommended for personal use and is not intended for medical use.

- Which production techniques do you use?

- Screen printing: in this technique, products are tensioned and then placed under a screen. A layer of ink will be lowered on top of the screen. The ink only adheres to the part of the screen that is permeable (your imprint).

3 layer face masks
These 3 layered masks offer excellent protection in combination with a fast turnaround time. The inner layer is made of 100% cotton to prevent any itchiness found in other masks, the middle layer is a non woven certified filtre and the third and final layer is polypropylene for increased filtration and protection. These white masks can come unprinted or printed in your very own personalised design in 1 to 2 colours screen printing. Why not put your logo on their and literally become the face of the company? Please note that these masks are not intended for medical use. A minimum line thickness of 2 pt (0.7mm) and a print area of 80x70mm (centre of the mask, not possible to print outisde of that).
